We offer proofreading, copyediting, and content editing services

• Proofreading checks spelling, punctuation, grammar, cross references within the same document, and basic page formatting.
   

• Copyediting includes proofreading and also checks for consistency of terms and word usage.
   

• Content editing provides guidance for organizing and presenting content clearly and concisely. We suggest structural changes for clarity, simplicity, and usability, as well as checking most of the same elements as in copyediting.

We edit either paper documents or online (preferred). We'll edit your Microsoft Word documents, Powerpoint presentations, newsletters, web sites and Adobe Acrobat PDF or plain text files. And we can help convert them from one format to another.
